To whitelist an email address, just add it to your address book on your email providers' site. Report Abuse

You should also change your settings so that the spam folder is only emptied once a week or once a month, because messages you want do sometimes go to the spam folder. When that happens mark them as 'not spam' to move them to your inbox. Report Abuse
