How do you stop the mail man delivering those annoying coupons,pennysaver,saveon papers everyday?

most people just throw the junk in the trash, I know I do and i told the mail man to stop putting the **** in my mail box ,save the rain forrest ! save the earth !How do you stop the mail man delivering those annoying coupons,pennysaver,saveon papers everyday?
The post office is paid a lot of money to deliver flyers and advertisements. It helps keep the cost of regular postage down. How can you say you throw it in the trash, and then say something contradictory like ';save the rain forest, save the earth!';? Unwanted advertising should be put in the recycling bin, or is that too much work?


Rain forests aren't cut down to make paper. They are cut down to turn the land into farm fields.How do you stop the mail man delivering those annoying coupons,pennysaver,saveon papers everyday?

Put a sticker on your letterbox stating 'No Advertising, No Free Ads'. If the postman ignores this then he's a nut case and you can take it further!
The mail person has no choice over what is given to him to deliver to you. Quit blaming him and throw the crap away like the rest of us do. He didn't generate this stuff, nor can he legally do anything but what he is doing - delivering the U.S. mail. You could do something useful for a change - put them in a separate plastic bag for recycling, unless that's more trouble than complaining.
If he doesn't deliver mail intended for your mailbox he'll get fired for not doing his job.





Thus he doesn't care whether you don't want the junk mail, he'd rather keep his job.
