'm sure you can, but i've ignored these people, because they always rope you into some survey scheme which causes more people to spam you. hard to get rid of them. you might type in discount coupons or ?
Some stores have sites where you can download their coupons. We get a lot of our coupons from the Sunday newspaper (2 or 3 books of them).
try coolsavings.com or couponmom.com but my supermarkets are stopping accepting internet printed out coupons bcause of too many fakes.
