When I try to open my coupons from the national book stores, my email will not open the coupons. WHY?

I used to be able to open the coupons and print them. Now, I am unable to. Nothing happens when I click on the coupon.When I try to open my coupons from the national book stores, my email will not open the coupons. WHY?
