Where do you find the Hollywood Video erase your late fees coupons?

You should have received one about 2 weeks ago if the account info is correct, also if you had at least 10 dollars in ate fees preceding the two weeks ago. You cannot find them online, they only send them through the mail every once and a while. It just happened so not for a few months at least. I would suggest asking the manager if he'd help you with the fees, like can you take some off or can I put 5 towards it every time I rent. Or since the powerplay program just started, ask about that, and say if I sign up for that can you take some fees away. Powerplay does sound good for you though, there's no late fees or due dates.Where do you find the Hollywood Video erase your late fees coupons?
I asked a manager at Hollywood about this in January and was told Hollywood was losing to much money with all their coupons so they weren't going to do as many this year. I used to get them in the mail about every month.Where do you find the Hollywood Video erase your late fees coupons?
